I cannot agree that the petitioners have any claim in consideration of loss of opportunity of profit, but if they will withdraw their claims to compensation for being deprived of the service I should not object to refer to arbitration the question of the amount of loss, if any, which they have suffered in respect of the disposal of their launches.
